LedgerLab is a small data-services studio run by Aditya Pratap and Richa Saxena. This page says, plainly, what data this website touches.
The contact form on the home page asks for your name, your email address, who you would like to talk to (Aditya or Richa), and your message. When you submit it, those details are sent to our studio inbox (Ledgerrlab@gmail.com) through FormSubmit, a form-delivery service, so we can read and reply to your enquiry. We use your details only to respond and, if we end up working together, to run the project. We do not sell or share enquiry details with anyone else.
The case-study dashboards linked from this site (sales, clients, expenses) run on sample business data created for demonstration. They are not any real client's records. Any file you open or download from this site is a demonstration example.
This website has no user accounts, and we do not run advertising trackers on it. The site is hosted on Vercel; like any web host, Vercel's servers process basic connection data (such as IP addresses) to serve the pages, under Vercel's own privacy policy.
If you hire LedgerLab, the spreadsheets and files you share for a project are used only for that project. Project terms are agreed with you directly before any work starts.
