What does LedgerLab actually do?
We take messy business data, scattered registers, duplicate invoices, inconsistent names and broken formats, and turn it into clean, validated records. Then we add monthly reports and AI automation on top, so the records keep working for you instead of piling up again.
How does the free data audit work?
You send us a sample of your messiest file: a sales register, an expense sheet, anything. We go through it and send back a plain-English list of every problem in it and what we would fix. No pitch, no call required, no commitment.
What kinds of files can you clean?
Excel and CSV files of any shape: sales and purchase registers, expense sheets, invoice lists, inventory records, customer and supplier data. If it lives in a spreadsheet and it is messy, we can work with it.
Do you work directly with CAs and accountants?
Yes. A lot of our cleanup work exists so your CA gets records they can use directly: standardized formats, validated GSTINs, deduplicated invoices, and pivot-ready monthly reports. Clean books mean fewer back-and-forth corrections at filing time.

It always starts with the free audit. After that, if you want us to do the full cleanup or set up monthly reporting and automation, we quote based on the size and messiness of your files. You see the problems before you pay for anything.
Who is behind LedgerLab?
Two people: Aditya Pratap, who builds the AI and automation layer (chatbots, dashboards, workflows), and Richa Saxena, an Excel and data-management specialist who does the data work. One studio, one standard: your data has to be right.
